I Love UTC Week
What better way to celebrate how much you love UTC than along with everyone else who loves UTC! Here are all the special events and activities planned for I Love UTC Week, April 6-11, 2026. Whether you are a student, a faculty member, a staff member, an alum or you just love UTC, there’s something for everyone!

Teachers Love UTC
Let’s show how much Teachers Love UTC! Fill out this form to update your employment information and receive an alumni fan pack that includes a button, decal and alumni pennant to display in your office or classroom. Take a picture of your pennant and share it on social media during I Love UTC Week, tagging @UTChattanoogaAlumni to show your UTC pride!
Scrappy’s Cupboard Food Drive
Show your love for UTC and help us restock our campus food pantry! Scrappy’s Cupboard donation bins will be in the following campus locations:
– Chancellors’ Office (Founder’s Hall)
– UC Room 278
– Lupton Hall 104
– UTC Library Main Info Desk
If you cannot participate in-person but still want to contribute, donations are also accepted via our Amazon Wish List or financially online.
Student Program Survey
Tell us why you love UTC by helping the Center for Student Leadership, Engagement, and Community know how you want to lead, engage and connect on campus! Currently enrolled students are invited to complete a 5-minute Student Program Survey. Feedback will help shape leadership programs and engagement events hosted by the Center for the 2026–2027 academic year.
The first 1,000 currently enrolled students who complete the survey will receive a UTC giveaway item.
Student must complete the survey before April 14 at 5:00 p.m.

Rubber Duck Scavenger Hunt
Beginning at 11:00 a.m.
Campus Wide
Aramark will hide 100 ducks around campus, and 50 of them have Aramark coupons!
Library Window Painting
3:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
UTC Library (Windows on Vine St.)
Make your mark on the Library and show us what you love about UTC by joining us in painting the windows of the Library’s ground floor! We will be outside the Library on Vine Street with all the supplies you’ll need to let your creativity flow.

First Responder Field Day

Meet and greet the first responders who help keep us safe both on-campus and in the community! One of the many reasons to love UTC is the incredible network of local first responders who are ready at a moment’s notice to help protect and serve our campus community. Leadership Retreat

The Center for Student Leadership, Engagement, and Community is excited to host our first leadership retreat! This weekend will focus on participants learning about themselves as leaders and how to use those skills in their own communities. The retreat will be two days – Saturday and Sunday.
